Join naturalists Nona Estrin and Charles Johnson for an exploration of our region's natural world. Johnson, who was Vermont State Naturalist from 1978 to 2000 and who is soon to receive an honorary doctorate from UVM, will show slides and discuss the nature of Vermont. Estrin, an accomplished field artist, will take us on a ramble through a week in May, showing slides from her nature sketchbooks and exploring the process of placing yourself directly into the environment and reacting to it.
